Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy Booking & Payment All sessions must be booked through the online scheduling system. Your session date and time are not secured until payment is completed. Full payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Cancellations Clients may cancel their session up to 72 hours before the scheduled start time for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the session are subject to a cancellation fee of 60% of the session price, as this time cannot be rebooked. Rescheduling Clients may reschedule their session up to 72 hours before the scheduled start time at no additional cost. Reschedule requests made within 72 hours of the session may be denied or subject to a fee depending on availability. No-Shows Failure to arrive to your session without notice will be considered a no-show and will result in forfeiture of the session payment. Late Arrivals Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. Arriving late will reduce your available shooting time and does not qualify for a partial refund. Weather (Outdoor Sessions) If weather conditions make an outdoor session impossible, we will reschedule at no additional cost. Light cloud cover or non-disruptive weather is not considered grounds for cancellation. Creative Style By booking, you acknowledge familiarity with my editing style and portfolio. Requests to significantly alter the delivered style after booking will not be honored.

Portrait Sessions This is portrait photography for individuals, businesses, couples, and students who don’t want stiff poses, fake smiles, or photos that feel dated in six months. I shoot portraits that feel natural and intentional. I’ll guide you when it helps, back off when it doesn’t, and focus on real moments instead of forcing a look that isn’t you. The style stays clean and cinematic—no trendy edits, no plastic skin, no overworked nonsense. The goal isn’t just to make you look good that day. It’s to make the photos still feel right years from now. Session Options All sessions are designed to stay efficient, intentional, and focused on quality over volume. Studio Standard — $250 1 Hour · 15+ Edited Images A controlled studio-style setup brought directly to you. -Portable studio lighting included -Clean, cinematic look -1 outfit change If a rented studio space is preferred, rental fees are not included and must be covered separately. Location Standard — $300 1 Hour · 15+ Edited Images A single-location shoot with a focus on movement and composition. -On-location session -Location analysis and shot selection -1 location -1 outfit change Location Premium — $425 Extended Session · 15+ Edited Images Built for clients who want more flexibility and visual variety. -On-location session -Location scouting and shot planning -2 locations -2 outfit changes Add-Ons (Optional) Add-ons can be selected at booking or added after the shoot. Extra Edited Images: $15 per image or 10 for $120 -Additional Outfit Changes: $15 per change -Additional Locations: $75 per location Final Note Sessions start at $250.
