How It All Started
My journey as a visual creator began with a lifelong passion for storytelling through art.
As a kid, I wanted to be a YouTuber—but being so young in that fast-paced space made it hard to break through. Still, I knew I was meant to create. I had a knack for making logos and thumbnails, which led me to study graphic design in college. But that path was cut short after a serious neck injury caused me to miss my finals and ultimately drop out.
That didn’t stop me.
Not long after, I teamed up with a director I met on a cruise to launch a media group called Centipedia—proof that the most unexpected encounters can spark incredible creative journeys. We eventually brought a talented music artist into the fold, and together we collaborated with a diverse range of creators to produce music videos and cultivate a supportive creative community. Our goal was to help artists grow their online presence while giving them the freedom to share their unique visions.
For a few years, we poured our energy into the project, but over time, life took us in different directions. One partner moved to Europe to pursue their music career, while the other, still directing, now lives a few hours away. Though the pace of the group has slowed, each of us has continued creating in our own unique ways.
I later stepped away from the music industry and found myself working with skateboarders—filming, taking photos, and rediscovering my love for action content. Then, some friends from college asked me to shoot a video for their sorority. That one request sparked a new path. I was soon invited to work with their fashion club, which led to photographing their fashion show.
That momentum carried me into 2023, when I had the opportunity to shoot at New York Fashion Week. It was a turning point that opened the door to professional portrait and fashion photography—and I’ve been moving forward ever since.
